Diamond revenues enable every child in Botswana to receive free education up to the age of 13. They have other natural resources such as copper / nickel, coal, as well as water, wildlife, soils, forests, veld products, and ecosystems

When it comes to arts and craft the earliest artists were the Bushman people, masters of rock painting and supreme crafters, using either wood, leather or ostrich shell to make bows and arrows used for hunting, their loin cloths, leather bags and beaded necklaces which can be bought in most co-operative outlets, found throughout Botswana.

There are also other forms of crafts such as Wooden crafts,pottery, baskets. Botswana’s cultural and natural heritage can be found assets at the National Art Gallery, the Octagon Gallery, the National Library, the Botswana National Museum and 78 national monuments spread across the country
